Tis the season!

Summer is the best time for making freezer jams with all the wonderful fruits out there!  Buy your fruit in bulk and make some jam to last all winter long. You can go to the store and pick out a box of pectin (my favorite is Sure-Jell http://www.walmart.com/ip/Kraft-Baking-Canning-Premium-100-Natural-Sure-Jell-Fruit-Pectin-1.75-oz/10292609 ) they give you a reciepe in the box and how much fruit to by for the certain type of jam you wish to make.  Or here is a great site to show you step by step what you need to do.
